Clean and quiet neighborhood

Beautiful Luxurious homes in a quiet neighborhood. Really relaxing area in the summer.

Only one problem

Enjoy living here but there does not seem to be any loyalty to long-term renters. I'm being charged the same market rent as new tenants coming in. That saddens me call me I've made some nice friends here in this complex and I don't want to move but with my rent going up almost 15% I don't know what other choices I have. This complex has changed owners several times over the past six years I've been here, each time with high turnover in the office staff. The maintenance Is top notch but… landscapers leave something to be desired, having to trim back around bushes so they were going back out of our garage.

Borgata Apartments

On the surface everything looks nice. But after our first week we realized the walls/ceilings thin, the construction is very poor, management is poor and doesn't listen, sprinkler system is broken and loudly goes off at 2am every night. And each week the Vegetation Maintenence begins their weed whacking, etc at 6am. Which is great for those morning when you're actually trying to sleep.

So-So

The location is great. Near major freeways and close to tons of shopping and food options. However, the unit itself is quite outdated. Also had an ant issue within 1 wk of moving in. But they fixed it same day. Great staff. So overall the complex is ok. If the unit was not so dated, I would give it 5 stars.
