Terrible management

Don't rent at Bristol. Its overly Expensive, management is terrible, Water is cut all the time, and there is always Contruction going on. The area is nice but its not worth the headache

DO NOT rent here - warning from former tenant

Strongly advise against renting here. I was a tenant from 2022-2023. We were without hot water for 5 DAYS in winter. Customer service was not helpful when we moved out and they tried to collect an additional fee without info. Now they sent to debt collectors. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Excellent home for us!

Bristol Southport is a wonderful place to live. At the moment, our building is experiencing an update, new hallway decor (paint colors, lighting fixtures, carpet). Our leasing office and “party” room are being reconstructed and our phenomenal new 24 hour gym opened in the last month. Getting ready for an awesome Spring and Summer on the lake!

They didn't have furnished apartments like advertised here and the rent price was 25% more than advertised here.

Above-Average, but Poor Management


Very rude office staff. It seems to be a hassle to serve residents. Ashley was the only consistently decent one, but she has moved on. New guy seems OK so far (Zack). Premises itself is nice. Nice park next door, but I would not consider it a luxury complex overall. Above-average, yes.
However, the walls and ceilings are paper thin. There’s noise from neighbors, music is constantly blaring from the park in the summer, planes overhead, dogs barking, cars and trains honking at all hours. ...
It’s not very quiet. I would rate The Bristol higher if not for Office Management. One of the worst I’ve experienced. (By the way, the office asks residents to give 5-star reviews.)
