Harrington Square

Prospective residents should not be mislead into feeling they will have a home where security is designed into the property. The property is not secure. In fact, most crimes in the area occur inside the parking garage gates and locked storage rooms. For people who want to live in a quiet neighborhood, this property does not qualify as quiet either.
What is nice about the property is the first class maintenance staff who have been here several years. At the same time, the leasing staff have been... friendly and easy to work with all while turnover in the three person office is very high. Obviously a situation Greystar is unable to solve. We came to Harrington Square from a pricy new apartment building in downtown Bellevue. We were immediately blown away, not by just the quality and maintenance of the property itself, but by the diligence and friendliness of the staff. I've stayed in a lot of apartments in my life, and I can confidently say that Harrington has impressed me the most out of all of them. If you're thinking about checking this place out, I would highly recommend it.

The appartment has public library and grocery stores within 2 minutes waling, public transportation stations very close, they has direct connection to downdown Seattle.

The lack of security here can't continue to be disguised! The storage lockers are not secure and parking in the gated garages only provides good weather for tenants property and the thieves who frequently visit our property.
This is not a quiet neighborhood anymore. The number and size of new construction and building demolition projects occurring today compound the street noise from loud cars, motorcycles and garbage trucks in the neighborhood, not to mention the frequent sirens. This is like... an industrial, urban setting at the moment.
If you live here, you could like most of your neighbors and you could have easy conversations about our weather and irritations about the neighborhood.
Greystar has shown very little skill in managing the important property issues and seem very anxious to become the most expensive property in this neighborhood. Check your options if security and quiet matter. Read More

The only word I can spread about the Harrington if you haven't moved in here yet don't ask somebody that's been here for a while before you sign the paperwork to move in this place isn't all that anymore it used to be gone downhill a lot matter of fact from sugar to s*** it used to be a good place to move into not anymore.
