there is a lot wrong. your mail will get broken into more times then you can count. people do drugs in the hallways and sleep in the stairwell. if they tell you they’ll do something before you move in and they don’t do it, it won’t ever get done. no security and they refuse to hire any or hold accountability.

My apartment had carpet beetles. When I told management they blamed me. I lost thousands having to get professional pest control company and replacing my stuff. They got new management in the last year that made everything worse. Beware!

I live here with my toddlers for 1 year and he would constantly break out in rashes. Finally went to the allergist and he was presenting with environmental allergies with high levels of black mold. Buring my short stay I started presenting breathing problems and has to use an inhaler. I had my friend who is a contractor come over to evaluate the paint and conditions. He moved my couch and found sign of black mold. Management did not care for my concerns and I left immediately sure enough once... we left my baby was clear of rashes and I no longer need to use my inhaler. I don't have money or resources to pursue further but would avoid this apartment complex to conserve good health. They had the nerve to denied my deposit. Robert and Desmond are theafs. Read More
