Great place and staff

I recently came to view the property and I must say it was amazing. The property looked outstanding and the units looked great. Sam,Kayressa(spell check) and Amber were amazing as well it’s not too often I’ve met an amazing staff at a nice property. I highly recommend living here and hope to live here as well.

Nice place to live

Management & Office staff are very helpful, community is nice and has lots of amenities and they are doing great accommodating COVID guidelines, dog park is wonderful for fur babies!

Very poor management

We had an appointment for an apartment tour to check-in. We drove to the leasing office and waited for 30mins during normal office hours and no body showed up.
None of the contact numbers including the emergency maintenance contact were reachable.
Don't waste ur time!

Great Customer Service

Samuel is awesome! He has been great during my transition into the apartment. He is quick to respond, answers all of my questions, and walk me through the move in process from beginning to end.
The grounds are beautiful and well kept.
Maintenance has been quick and helpful.
I would highly recommend!

DONT RECCOMEND

When I was looking for a new apartment, one of the most important things for me were to have a hardwood floor as I have a yorkie that potty at home.
I was told that with Advanced plan you will get stainless steel appliances and hardwood floor. That is the difference from Standard apt plan and that is why lease is like $300 more. They were not able to show me apt at the time because "there were still tenants". At the day of moving I walked in to apartment and it was CARPET EVERYWHERE. But there...
was no turn back, I left my old place and have no other place to go so had to take it. So basically we are paying over $300 more for rent each month only because of the stainless steel appliances that I don't even need. When I asked the girl why there is no wood floor - she said " I thought there will be but they decided to do carpet instead". Well, if I knew there is no hardwood floor - I would not even consider this apartment and if you made it less upgraded - the rent should be less too.
Then today...I had plans for my Sunday and when I came outside to get my car - it was not there. I called the office and asked if they towed my car. They said they did not. I was very stressed as I thought my car got stolen! I called sheriff and they told me where my car was.
Then I called towing company and asked what was the reason and who signed docs to tow my car - and turned out Kevin did and did not even let his coworkers know about it. I asked the towing company if I can pick up my car today and they said no because they closed (even tho it says 24/7) and I have to pay for storage for today.
So here is the story behind it. This apartment complex has MAJOR parking problem and they have way not enough parking for all the tenants. So people has to park along the street, on fire lines, near dumpster and so on. I came home really late at night and there was NO PARKING around so I had to park my car on fire line where I saw multiple times other cars parked.
Now I am looking at $500 for towing Uber to Kent loosing 3 hours of work and all the stress that I had today.
Our lease ends soon and they were wondering if we want to extend it. NO WAY I am getting myself into this again and stay with them. I honestly believe that they could of start with warning letter first and knowing their parking situation - it is not tenants fault they are not able to provide enough parking spaces.
