Views...good value for the price

These apartments are beautiful inside. The owner has replaced the old carpeting and linoleum with very nice laminate and tile. The appliances are white...no granite in the galley kitchen but all in all these are more spacious than you will find anywhere in Renton. All apartments on the 2nd and 3rd levels have fantastic views. The first floor apartments have a grassy area just outside the sliding doors (which, by the way are quite large.) Lanai's on level 2 and 3 are very spacious. The rents are... quite reasonable for the square footage.
It is an eclectic, quiet complex. No problems with loud parties or disrespectful neighbors. People keep to themselves and do not bother anyone.
The downside is that parking can sometimes become a problem. This building was constructed when most people only had 1 car. The owner is slow to make repairs, and there is a problem with water on the roof which has not been addressed in the several years I have lived here.
Very nice place to live if the owner would just take care of the major issues with an older building. If you want to live in a mid-century, funky cool apartment and can put up with slow repair times, it might be the place for you..can get loud in the summer with cars coming up the street.
