Dirty, rude, negligent.

Worst apartments. Pest problem (ants, fleas, ticks, feral cats), management refuses to be helpfu (ignores your problems, does not communicate, will not notify you of construction on your building, if you need replaced appliances they will take a dirty one from another unit and not bother cleaning it).
Management will not return calls or answer the phone. At one time i was trying to get in contact with the office and was standing in the parking lot trying to call. I could see the two women in the… office chatting and instead of doing their jobs, they sent my call to voice-mail. They talk down to you and pretend to take your complaints seriously and never deliver. They no longer allow window air conditioning units even though we recorded indoor temperatures at over 110f last year. The provided air conditioning unit doesn't even cool down the living room. We don't even have air vents so I'm sure you'd have an idea of how bad it is. The maintenance guy is awesome though, definitely the only decent staff member.

The management team is horrible. The main lady is rude and as unhelpful as they come. My daughter was bitten by a dog last year and I had to track down where the dog lived because whoever you have working here wasn’t interested.
