Excellent Management Team

The management team, under Traci's leadership, worked closely with me and my adult kids to assist them working through the application approval cycle. When roadblocks emerged, their team explained the situation and offered solutions on how to overcome.

The apartment sizes and outdoor area are great however the maintenance people take forever to get to you and there were a lot of things that needed to be done before we moved in that never got done. They wont replace things unless its completely busted up and broken even if it was defective when people move in.

Absolutely beautiful! So happy to call this home. The best location. Easy access to so many outdoor activities! It's peaceful and quiet with great access to the Columbia River and the river trail. Not to mention the beautiful design of the apartments themselves. So many windows in each unit to make it feel open and airy!
