Actively looking for another place

I’ve lived here for 10 months, and the overall experience has been disappointing. While I sincerely appreciate the maintenance team for always being responsive, the in-unit washer/dryer breaks down almost weekly, which gets exhausting. More importantly, the property management creates an unwelcoming environment where I constantly feel micromanaged. The first time I brought guests to the clubhouse- colleagues from the nearby hospital who were actively interested in leasing here-management… publicly called me out in front of the entire room about a scheduled event, implying we needed to leave immediately. Instead of speaking to me privately, they embarrassed us publicly. I was planning to transfer to a new unit myself, but this treatment sealed my decision to leave, and my colleagues will be looking elsewhere too. Management lost multiple reliable leases over a completely avoidable lack of courtesy and basic respect for residents.

Amazing Community!

Living here has been a genuinely great experience. The apartments are spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire building. The location is another big plus — it’s close to the river and just a quick 10-minute drive to plenty of local shops and stores.
The staff is both responsive and kind, always quick to assist with anything you need.
It’s rare to find a community that combines high-end living with such a warm, welcoming… environment — but this place does exactly that. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.

Amazing to work with!
