Move-In Charges:
Rent is $5,995.00 per month. First partial month’s rent and the first full month’s rent are due at signing.
Security deposit is $5,995.00.
Lease preparation fee is $100.00 for the first applicant and $50.00 for each additional applicant.
A one-time pet fee applies: $75 for the first pet and $25 for each additional pet.
