- No reusable tenant screening report
- No prior evictions
- 1 Cat and/or 1 small quiet Dog are allowed that are less than 25lbs. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, or aggressive breeds are not allowed.
- No co-signers will be accepted.
- Liability/Renter's Insurance required
- Government-issued photo ID required at move-in.
