How Is This Rating Determined?

New owners and reasonable

New owners took over. The apartment is quiet. The new owners are nice. Maintenance is fast. The rooftop in all buildings are open and the view is beautiful. The only issue I have is the trash section piles up and the laundry machines always back but that is some of the residents not knowing how to take care of the area. I think if the owners choose applicants that are better the apartment would be classy.

Do not move here

Roof deck closed indefinitely
Maintenance closes orders without responding to them
Wifi is not working

Now that things are cheaper in Seattle you can do way better.

Avoid

Management doesn't respond in a timely manner to deal with simple complaints, packages get stolen and they do nothing to change a flawed system. The one star is for the maintenance and cleaning crew.
