Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. The maximum number of occupants is 4 guests at all times. Tampering with any security devices on the premises can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Sharing of door codes or building fobs without prior authorization is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
