The maximum number of occupants is 4 guests. Tampering with security devices is prohibited and may result in termination of the reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am, unless discussed with the host in advance. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs/parking passes with unregistered guests is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Lost or non-returned building fobs will incur a $250 fee, garage remotes a $300 fee, and parking passes a $100 fee. Pets will need to be added as an extra guest on the reservation for $10 per night.
