This is a no-smoking building. Renters' insurance is required. Minimum 18-month lease to start with flexible extension terms beyond. Move-in funds required for qualified applicants are the first month's rent (prorated if the lease begins after the first day of the month), security deposit, and any additional deposits or rent for parking or pets.

The unit is all electric. Tenants pay all utilities -- electricity is metered, and water, sewer, and garbage are billed back.

Pet policy -- Two pet limit- (cats only, no dogs or exotic animals).
