This townhome joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented, but all access points are separate. This is a pet-friendly home, but pets are not allowed on furniture or linens and should not be left unattended. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy and shoes in the home are prohibited. There is a $500 fine per violation. The home does not have dedicated parking. Parking on our side of the street is free with no time limit, and parking across the street is free but limited to two hours.
