Move-In and Move-Out Process:
The Shannon Association requires the elevator to be reserved and locked off for moving in and out. This service incurs fees:
- $250 non-refundable move in fee
- $250 non-refundable move out fee
Utility Fees:
A Monthly "Utility Fee" is set by the Shannon Association on an annual basis. This cost covers the following: water, sewer, garbage, recycling, electricity, high-speed internet, digital basic Comcast cable service. We are transparent with these costs.
- For 2024, the fee is $297.48
- The 2025 rate will be announced in January 2025, typically with a 2%-5% YOY increase.
Pet fees (when applicable):
- One dog or one cat is allowed on approval; limit (1) total with additional $500 pet deposit
- Pet must be house trained and in good health
- Monthly pet rental $50
