This building has two of the most important things in an apartment. The location is great! And, the landlord is great! You are in easy walking distance to everything you need for student life, including of course the university. The landlord really cares and is super responsive to any needs.

The neighbors were the strange part. Most won't return a simple "Hello" in the hallway and many are content just hanging out smoking pot on the porch. I didn't realize how strange it was until I moved to… a new building where neighbors all talk to each other.

And yes, it's a small apartment. But, it's well maintained and clean.

So, if you are looking for a great location in the U District, this is your spot. If you are looking for your new family or just to make friends, then maybe not so much. Read More

I've been here for 3 years and have not had a single complaint. This is one of the most kindly priced apartments i could find and is not lacking in any realistic feature. The best part is that you know who you are buying from and they do a great job at person to person communication. It makes everything so much more pleasant and simple.

This is a beautiful apartment, a few miles away from Seattle WA. Where I will be locating to from Colorado once I have the money to move. Ithe is a spacious Studio Apartment and I would love to win free rent for a year. That would give me the chance to get my finances in order to move.
