This property is poor

With over 40 units per building they only have 5 washing machines. Sometimes they break making the problem worse. You have to pay a 6$ “connivence fee” every time you make a payment so expect to add about 10% of a months rent per year. My key broke inside they door so they charge a $50 a key. Moral of the story this is a hotel apartment that’s only good for a month or 2 max in emergencies any minor inconvenience will make you pay massively out of pocket
