0 stars. Shoot, if I could it would be a negative 5. Ever since management changed over, they have been very incompetent and unorganized. I am being blamed and charged for their mistakes and lack of detail. This place has gone down since the new manager took over the place. I highly recommend you staying away unless you like being nickle and dimed with bogus fees and threats. They do not care about their tenants at all. There is a reason they have so many empty units. Nothing but complaints I... have heard from other tenants just waiting for their lease to be up so they can leave. My apartment is conveniently located near several bus stops,and walking distance to a mall. When you are hunting for a apartment, check to see what the tenants think about the management, and make sure that all the amenities that you want are available there like a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking garage. Also, ask if you are required to have your own renter' insurance, and if dogs and cats are allowed there?
