So far have enjoyed living here. Property managers are communicative and resolve problems as fast as possible. The property is centrally located, but just far enough to miss the hustle of dt Ballard. A walkers paradise.

I’ve live here now for almost 5 years, at first the rent was kinda fixed and I like it and then after the new management they have increased my rent almost every renewal. Location is great and neighborhood, very walkable. If something is broken they’ll fix it right away.

Its great! Sometimes the upstairs neighbors have been loud and didn’t respect quiet hours. But new neighbors are great. Facilities are clean and things get fixed fast!
