Poor security
Regular break ins, primitive security standards, no fob in elevator, anyone can get to your house once they are in through the main door, which is unmonitored at night. Management won't even send communication to the community about all the crimes happening in this apartment.

Thank you for sharing this honest feedback. We are absolutely aware of the crimes in the Seattle area that you're mentioning and we know it requires vigilance for all of us to be safe. We do have fob access to enter the building and we recommend... ensuring that everyone use their own fob to enter so we can be sure that only residents are entering!

Management is not at all efficient and very rude
I am a current resident here since November 2020 and my experience has been bad out here.
I’ve had troubles dealing with management; the concierge is rude and doesn’t help you with your packages - have lost several package because of their mismanagement and The building stairwell smells like a dumpster.
For reserving the elevator online only to be told by the concierge that you have to make reservations through the app and that this is a recurring problem other residents have had. There have... been no emails about this from management. Why wouldn't you just remove the option to make reservations from the website so that this doesn't happen?
Overall it’s a very poor management so avoid at all costs

Bad Experience
The apartment was noisy:
We were in the apartment for 6 months and could not wait to leave. The apartment itself is quite spacious and the amenities are nice. However, the walls are very thin and we could constantly hear our neighbor's music and their voices when they would have people over. The doors are also very thin and we could hear people outside so it didn't feel like we had much privacy.
Difficult and unresponsive leasing department:
When we were moving out we spent hours scrubbing down... the apartment but the leasing center still took out a decent amount of money from our deposit to cover their own cleaning.
When we moved out they were supposed to charge us prorated rent for the month and I had followed their instructions to cancel my parking spot. They ended up charging us a full month's rent for the week left in our lease and for the parking spot. We had to send several emails over the next few weeks to have the charges corrected and a refund sent.
Rude concierges & communication issues between leasing department, tenants, and concierges:
When we were moving out we reserved the freight elevator and loading dock through the website. However, when we went to move out we were informed by the concierge that they didn't honor the reservation made on the website and there was nothing that could be done because someone else had reserved the two amenities. Overall the concierge was quite rude as were moving out and would make snippy comments.
