Astor Court 1 bedroom

I have lived in another section of Capitol Hill closer to down town for about 3 years, but recently moved to Astor Court. I absolutely love it here. The location is in a more residential part of Capitol Hill, so it still has the great location but the energy feels calmer and more peaceful. We are right next to 15th ave which has lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and bakeries. The apartment itself is spacious, has lots of windows, and plenty of storage. We have been really… happy here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Classic Charm

The neighborhood is changing and this is one of the best remaining older buildings. It is really well maintained and has some great amenities such as a farm sink, hardwood floors, beautiful crown moulding and large closets. It is one of the only buildings in Capitol Hill with an open green courtyard. It is centrally located and within walking distance from the neighborhoods best restaurants, bars, and shopping. An amazing place to live!
