Staff is unprofessional
I was a resident for 18 months had 500 dollar deposit when moving out they overcharged me for additional 280 dollar, i called them they said they will fix this but it’s been a while Beam did not returned my deposit back and no further update.
Similar incorrect charges happened at least twice while I was resident ,one double charged parking lot fee and one additional utility fee because they forgot to link my Seattle city lights account to their system. And each times takes several months and... multiple visits to leasing office in order to get their attention to fix it
I don’t really recommend this complex unless you don’t care your money and have to go through the difficult time to deal with Beam apartments
Right now I just wish I don’t have to resort to the court to get my deposit back
