Trash apartment

Apartment is renovated to look nice, but don’t be fooled - it’s cheap and will make your life miserable. For example, the kitchen and bathroom have white foamy flooring material. Washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, etc are jokes.

Neighbors are loud (screaming, throwing / breaking stuff, blasting music) from 2am to 7am. Your health will suffer accordingly. Landlord / management company doesn’t care to address.

Stay away. Noisy and zero property management.

Just moved out. Avoid this old loud building where your floor always creaks. Your upstairs neighbors can drive you crazy. Limited washers and driers are broken for months. The storage room is a mess.

The property manager never replied emails or calls after you sign the lease. Loud neighbors? No they don't care. Broken amenities? No they don't care. Rent? Yes they ratchet up the price every year.
