Canterbury Court Apartments

I could feel my apartment shake when trucks drove by on Ballinger Way.

Black mold infested my apartment and they didn’t clean it properly.

I had over 10 outstanding maintenance requests for over a year.

New management is extremely unprofessional and incompetent.

Neighbors inside the complex and the adjacent complex are extremely loud, even though the units are touted as sound proofed. Sorry, used sound proofing technology. Lots of things have changed since the 70’s.

I've had a lot of pleasant experience with the previous management, Dawn and John. However, new management has taken over and the quality of living has decreased dramatically. There is frequent construction or maintenance work at 8 am sharp almost every other day, seemingly at random. Repairs are slipshod at best. Communication is poor. Noise disturbances happen as late as 2 am and as early as 5 am. There have been no more community events (even socially-distanced ones) and the greenery looks... patchy and dead. Read More

Moving into an apparent seemed so stressful. But then we met John and Dawn at Canterbury Court apartments. They are professional managers, smart, attentive, and caring. We went through, making a list of small repairs, which they completed. After moving in, they have been available to handle what comes up. They make it feel more like a family. During the Holidays, they threw a great party. Later they have hosted football afternoons where we can bring something to share while watching the game in... the community room. They keep things clean and running smoothly, and they even hung holiday lights. They are good at doing their jobs. It has made the transition from single family dwelling much easier.
