Microhousing in a great location
At Centro I pay for what I need and not for what I don't. In my unit I have 140 square feet including my bathroom, a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, cabinets), bathroom & shower. I have a balcony and good lighting from generous windows. Downstairs I can use our shared kitchen, which stays reasonable clean (cleaned 1x/week professionally) and also has inside laundry. Outside are several grills, bike storage, and a roof deck with an amazing view of the downtown skyline. The courtyard is... good for meeting neighbors and we sometimes have potlucks there during the summer.
In just a few minutes I can walk to the Pike/Pine corridor with some of the city's best restaurants, bars, & clubs. Or go to our local "beach" --- Cal Anderson Park where people sunbathe on the playfields. Get ice-cream at Molly Moon's or the new Chop House Row, then go watch weekly bike polo and dodgeball.
