Unresponsive management

Management of the building is difficult to work with and unwilling to fix issues promptly as they arise. It took a couple weeks to look into a hot water problem I had. I had to fix the fact that the windows wouldn't stay open myself.

When I moved in the apartment was a mess - dirty, hadn't been painted, holes in the walls, mold. After much badgering they painted the walls in one of the rooms and did it so poorly that you could see the old color underneath.

They seem to think that the...
below-market rent is enough to keep anyone living here quiet, so be aware before going in.
