Nice building, terrible environment and tenants

People slam their door at all hours of the day. The garbage area has homeless people constantly and it smells like urine. People have broken in countless times and stolen packages, lounge area tv, and scouted out peoples cars in the parking garage (that costs $150 a month to use), and even though its a no smoking building, people are constantly smoking weed. Due to their being no ac, you have to open up your patio door in order to get cool/fresh air, which quickly becomes the smell of weed... getting stuck in your apartment. Property manager is practically unreachable once you sign the lease.
