*. Camera Disclosure: We install security camera in the parking area to make sure guests checking in smoothly.
*. Step Disclosure: Our unit is on the 2nd floor. If you enter through the parking lot, there is one flight of stairs. If you enter from Dravus Street, the access is step-free.
*. Parking Disclosure: An outdoor parking lot is available right next to the building on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll also find free street parking nearby for added convenience.
*. AC Disclosure: The bedroom has a windows AC unit. The living room has no AC, but a small opening allows cool air to flow through for comfort.
* Noise Disclosure: Other units in the building may be occupied during your stay, so you might hear some sounds from neighboring guests.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house and parking lot. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day. Read More
