The community location and layout is nice. But the community is old from inside. Doesn’t have smart appliances and digital locks. The apartment received on move in was in a bad condition. It wasn’t cleaned to mark and still had a lot of work needed. While touring it’s not clear enough to make decisions but the apartment have bad insulation, heaters are not that efficient. Same as for soundproofing is extremely bad. Can hear the upstairs neighbor google home mini, walking and literally doing… everything.

Living at Elara at the Market has been a wonderful experience. The management team: Alicia, Sam, and Miranda, have been incredibly helpful, always approachable, and willing to assist with anything I need. The apartment is close to Pike Place Market and with the newly remodeled waterfront park nearby, there’s no shortage of things to do in the area.

Elara at the Market is an outstanding place to live. It's location is bar none and the staff truly care about their residents. Moving from a house in the suburbs of Denver to an apartment downtown Seattle, has been a huge change. The staff has all done an outstanding job of helping us along the way and make this feel like home.

I been living in Elara at the Market for over 3 years now. It's been a great experience. The apartment is well maintained and its in a very convenient location for activities. The apartment is close to many shops and restaurants but its far enough where we don't get many noise. The staffs here are all great people, they're quick to help with any issues that I might have with the apartment. It's a pleasure chatting with the staffs here.
