Nickel and Dime you
They are slow at responding to repair requests. Will nickel and dime you for every little thing. I cleaned apartment and filled in my own nail holes. Still kept my whole deposit. No accounting for normal wear and tear to carpet. If you’re going to keep my deposit for cleaning you should state that beforehand so I don’t waste my time cleaning it myself. They advertise as updated but it is a bad paint job, cheap granite laid down on old crappy cabinets and badly laided floor tile. They charge like... it’s a brand new place but badly updated. Seems like a lot of the new tenants are new to area like we were and needed something quick and most leave within a year or two because you can do much better if you have time to look. Don’t even get me started on what they wanted to stay on a month to month??
