Have lived at Excelsior for over a year and a half and had a superior experience; gorgeous city views, quiet neighborhood and neighbors, excellent amenities and attentive, friendly staff. Rooftop views are pristine. Highly recommend this sanctuary in the big city!

From the moment I walked in the door at Excelsior to tour an apartment, to the moment I walked in the door of my very own apartment here, I knew I had made the right choice. Everything from submitting an application online, to singing the lease and moving in, went swimmingly. The leasing office staff are always polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The staff is prompt to address any communication or concern. For instance, when I submitted a maintenance request to have a burnt-out… lightbulb replaced, it was completed the very same day by the maintenance staff.
I have been living here for exactly a month now, and I do not have a single complaint or qualm about living at Excelsior.
