Absolutely terrible
This is my far the worst place that I have ever lived. Living in the "community" was terrible and they only provided 19.8% of my deposit back keeping $400. They stated that it took 6 hours to "clean and repair" my apartment after 1 year of living in the barely walkable space, due to how extremely small it is.
Also they force you to do community chores and if you don't they threaten to add extra cleaning fees on top of your rent, even though cleaners come weekly to clean the community areas.

Horribly Managed
The staff here are manipulative and incompetent. The adds are misleading. There is NO AC here! The utilities are atrocious! Expect to over pay on utilities and don’t expect an adequate or accurate explanation from the Staff. The staff rarely respond to the residents and when they do they use vague descriptions and generalizations that are confusing and don’t actually help the situation or the residents.

Horrible
Not only is this place false advertising they get you in at a cheap rent until next thing you know you are paying nearly as much in utilities that you are in rent. Management does not provide transparency nor does it provide its tenants with a safe and environment. It’s been a nightmare to live here
