Worse place to rent
Do not rent here, they have roaches, jack up the rent, the rental manager there is horrible and dishonest. She promised to refund my deposit and never sent it. I did not have any damages and she never sent a receipt even if she wanted to charge a fee.
Prior to her taking over, the previous leasing agents were mostly honest and probably would have returned my deposit, but because the property is privately owned and they want to squeeze people who have lived there for 15 years out so they an... charge twice as much, is a down right shame.
There are other buildings much newer that a person can rent, which has more amenities, this place has rodents and roaches, you do not want to live here!!!!!
