Nice apartments
Wallingford is a great area to live in and the apartments are older but maintained well. The landlord is nice and easy to get into contact with and neighbors are quiet. Additionally the apartments are close to the University of Washington and it is nice a walk to the university if you are attending school.

Great location, good space
Great location, Wallingford and U-District are easy walking distance. Freeway is few streets away and Greenlake or Gas Works are an easy run. The complex is quiet, never heard any neighbors, and the landlords are among the nicest I've ever had. They don't live onsite but quick to reach by text and always found them friendly and easy to communicate with. The units are older but in good condition. You get more space than newer buildings for the cost so it's a trade-off, newer building or bigger... space? Would recommend.

Terrible experience
The landlord is not at all cooperative, don't go there you will never see your deposits again. Place is old and not kept well.
