Halladay Court Apartments

The property manager cannot be trusted. I toured the apartment and spoke to him face to face saying I was interested in applying. He told me he would email me the application a couple hours and it never came. He knew that I was on a tight timeline and made it sound like everything was set in person. I followed up multiple times over text and phone call, but never received any sort of response. In other cases where an apartment I was interested in ended up renting to someone else, they have... always had the decency to follow up with me to let me know it was no longer available. My apartment is not fancy by any means. And, in a city with rents skyrocketing, the price I pay, is a little more than excessive to the rest of the country. However, I have a great view, it's quiet and it is in one of the best areas in metro Seattle. I am close to the water, shopping, dinning, EVERYTHING! It could be a whole lot worse, but it could also be a whole lot better. Lets say, with free rent for a year? Yeah, I'd say that would make things just about perfect......Fingers Crossed!
