Harbor Square

I have had mice since July (6 months now) and they have not been able to get rid of them. I have begged to be let out of my lease but they will not let me leave unless I pay the thousands of dollars to them. I have droppings everywhere in my Apartment, all over in my kitchen, in my closet on my clothes, in my bedroom, on my nightstands. Its absolutely disgusting and they don't care, they say they are doing everything they can. Do not move in here, living amongst rodents is a health risk.

The property manager doesn’t care about upkeep at all. The halls smell like urine from the pets, and no one ever cleans the carpets. There is trash everywhere. The smell lingers into the apartment along with cigarette smoke and marijuana...even though this is a no smoking property. Also - I can literally hear every single move my neighbors make well into the night and early morning. Those above me stomp around and those below me argue every morning around 2am. Harbor Square apartments are in a good location, but there are no amenities, the property manager and maintenance man (who live in the building) only work on the building on Mondays, not everything is updated, and everything will cost you extra-pets, parking, w/s/g, W/D (not in-unit). You can hear the trains from pretty much every apartment in the building, I imagine, and while you do grow used to them, they are still LOUD. The building has NO amenities and the hallways all reek.
