How Is This Rating Determined?

Do NOT move here

No matter how nice you think the location is or whatever may draw you to live here, trust me, do NOT move here. Packages are being stolen, management is non-existent, no dishwasher, neighbors smoke, staples come up through the carpet, and the walls are so thin you can always hear your neighbors talking/music/tv and their footsteps. Please, save your time and money and look elsewhere.
