bad place do not live here

Cockroach problem, severe mold problem, unhelpful management that doesn't fix anything, garbage everywhere, stolen packages, fire alarm goes off all the time, building smells and is unsanitary.

New Management at Hidden Creek Village

Since Coast has taken over this property their have been a lot of changes both inside and out. All Units have new appliances, update cabinets and hardware it's a nice modern look. The new manager and maintenance staff are really great and easy to work with. I am excited about seeing all the upcoming changes they are making.

Hidden Creek Village

Hidden is the way it should stay until updates are done. The building is outdated but holds some charm. The One bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for two people to be comfortable in. The kitchen is adequate but the appliances need updating. Current rent rates are high for what this community offers.
