How Is This Rating Determined?

2/3/22

Dont

In the past month the building has had its hot water turned off for what was supposed to be a single day, but turned into almost two weeks, and the property management has stopped responding to the ever increasing rat problem that has turned into a full blown infestation. Today I found my first cockroach.
I was forced to buy pest control solutions with my own money, but the packages were stolen along with the rest of the entire buildings packages, as there is nothing even remotely *secure* about...
entry here.
I needed a replacement key to the building, the apartment manager insisted that they didnt actually have any and would have to get one specially made for $100, which would take 2 weeks.
