Josephinum Apartments

These apartments are teetering on the brink of being condemned. The staffing is petty and unqualified and the tenants are treated like less than and with a high level of disrespect. The hallway carpets are 20 years old (or more) and are disgusting and rotting in place. Just an embarrassment. The tenants are given a tiny refrigerator that does not even accommodate a gallon of milk. If your self-esteem is already damaged by poverty and homelessness, this place will just heap on an even worse... state of mind. Maintenance is third-rate, staff is unprofessional. and rude. And the staff takes zero responsibility for the dangerous tenants that they house. So it is not only disgusting, but also highly unsafe. This is a good place to get back on your feet if you have become homeless. Good staff on hand for helping anyone in need of a home. A fairly safe environment to get a fresh start. The apartments themselves are quite large for one person living spaces. Decent kitchen, separate bathroom and adaptable to roommate living quarter styling. If you need help in the seattle area to get back on your feet this is one of the best places. plenty of community events happen here for nice family get... togethers and the staff help out to ensure safe living space on a monthly bases.
