Middle of everything
This is an amazing location for those working around the city, love to go out, or stay active. Located in the Eastlake neighborhood just a block away from Lake Union residence can enjoy all that the city of Seattle has to offer. It is an easy walk to many great restaurants along Eastlake and Fairview as well as a great central location to drive or cab to anywhere in the city for dinner or drinks. It is also located on the main bus line, so it is easier for commuters to get to their jobs every… morning throughout the city. The building itself is quiet and well maintained. It's also a steal for the location and size of apartment. In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher makes chores around the house easy. There is also a lovely common area and patio for gatherings of friends. For those looking for a great place in an amazing location for the right price should definitely check out Lake Union Terrace
