Document everything

If you move into this building, make sure you document every single square inch of your unit beforehand. Take a video going over every centimeter of the apartment if you have to, because the owner is an extreme cheapskate and will do everything it takes to charge you as much as he can when you leave. Make note of every single thing wrong with the apartment on your first inspection because if you don't bring it up right away he will attempt to charge you for it when you leave regardless of... whether or not it was your fault.

Landmark

Great price for the location. Only blocks from the bus stops. The walls are a bit thin, but neighbors are usually quiet by bedtime since it is more of a 30's and 40's crowd.
