Loud, but good location
I noticed this place doesn't have any reviews anywhere yet (probably because it's relatively new, built in 2017) so I'll break it down:
Apartment - The units and rooms are small but new with modern appliances.
Management - I've had good experience with the management so far. The place is owned by a father and son team, but the son is the one who directly deals with tenants. He's always been quick to reply to texts and fixes issues quickly.
Parking - There's an underground parking garage with... 8 assigned spaces, $175/month. It's extremely tight, I have to do a 5-point turn to get into my spot and a 3-point turn to get out of the garage. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with a car larger than a sedan or unexperienced/new drivers.
Noise - This place is LOUD. You are in the heart of UW's Greek system, so be ready for blasting music at random hours around the clock. I sleep with earplugs most nights. The walls of the apartment are also pretty thin, you can hear everything that goes on within your own apartment as well as also toilets flushing/people walking in the apartment above your own.
Laundry - There is shared laundry on the bottom floor for a whopping $4/load. I generally avoid doing laundry here at all costs just because of the price. I've never experienced anyone stealing any clothes or anything though which is a plus.
Mail - Each unit has a key to its locked mailbox. All packages are stored in a locked safe and all tenants have its code. Never have had a package stolen.
People - Everyone definitely keeps to themselves, which is fine and pretty typical of Seattle/UW culture in general, but don't expect to make any friends here.
Overall, I've had a decent experience living here. You can't really beat the location, less than a 5-minute walk North campus. Everything is new and modern. It's loud. Not planning on renewing my lease here, but it's served me well for this school year.
