Bed Bugs, Unclean
I see someone else already commented on this, but the bed bug issue cannot be overstated. It took almost a month for them to get someone out to take care of the bed bug issue in my unit and I don’t think it was actually ever resolved. Trash in the stairwells that never gets picked up, I’ve never seen anyone clean anything. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT RENT

BED BUGS!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
I am only giving 1 star because I have to and because the location and old charm are nice. However I was staying here for barely a month when I got BED BUGS!!! I have been going back and forth with them for months on that issue and other hot water and cleaning issues but gotten nowhere and now have to move out. I’ll have to hope that the items I bring to my next spot are not infested and will lose items as well. The nice people and overall feel of the place isn’t enough to... keep me there with bed bugs. I was hoping this place was going to work out as it seemed to have so much promise but allowing people to live in uninhabitable units and still asking them for rent is ridiculous. I can’t wait to leave!
