Safe space
My daughter lived here for her last year of college. She had a first floor apt. Really good experience. She felt safe and pkgs were never stolen. Two maintenance requests were made and taken care of same day or next. Building has an older feel but was clean. Because of moisture, mold started growing in the windowsills but a dehumidifier ended that quickly. To top it off she got back her dog deposit and damage deposit. Not all apartments are honest about that even when cleaned well! Highly... recommend!!
