It was a great experience living at Modera Broadway in the center of Capitol Hill. Moving in and out process was both easy. Staff were helpful. Especially the maintenance team was very responsive to repair requests.

My boyfriend and I just moved into Modera Broadway three weeks ago, and we love it so far! The apartment unit has great appliances, from the gas stove to the large washing and dryer machines. The leasing office staff have been great as well. They were very communicative during our move and are quick to help us resolve any issues that we email/call them about. We are enjoying the amenities too, especially the gym, which is never too crowded. We are looking to spending time here.
