Established in 1972 as a not-for-profit initiative by Olympic View Community Church of the Brethren, Northaven blossomed into a 196-unit independent living community. In 1994, we expanded our commitment with a 40-unit assisted living facility, dedicated to accommodating Medicaid-dependent seniors, fostering longevity and security within our cherished community.


Today, we're embarking on a new chapter, exploring avenues to extend our services beyond our walls, reaching out to seniors in neighboring communities. Our goal? To help them age gracefully in their own homes, fostering health, engagement, and connection, while always remaining a steadfast pillar of support when they choose to join our warm and caring community.
