Great Apartment, Great Management

I have been at Northline for almost 2 years now and I love it here. The apartment is a great value for the space and the management is very friendly. I do A LOT of online shopping and they accept all of the packages at the office and email me when they arrive. I used the new outdoor patio and BBQ area a few times last summer and it was wonderful, a great place to have friends over! I have an assigned parking space so I don't have to fight to find a spot when I get home from work. All in all this… is a great place to call home!

OK

I have been living here for 3 years now. I moved in when it was called Woodland Pointe. I love my apartment, love management, but they are increasing my rent by $200 which is quite a jump for me.

Occasionally there are crazy neighbors fighting, but nothing to fear. Except for the spiders. There are lots of trees and bushes, and SPIDERS.
