This is on the garden level of a duplex house; the upstairs unit may be occupied during your stay. Between the 2 units, there are no shared spaces, other than a completely separate shared laundry room (downstairs), the pathway from the street, and the landscaped garden/yard area. The downstairs furnished back deck is private to your unit.

Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. When enquiring, please answer the following questions about your pet: a) Please list the breed and age of your dog/cat (max 1 considered) b) Is your dog or cat potty/litter box trained? c) Dogs only- Is your dog obedient/well behaved around other dogs or children? d) If you have a cat, are you willing to bring a scratching post and a litter box so that your cat does not scratch up, damage the furniture and/or flooring?
